Fabulous base for discovering Ciudad Victoria with very friendly staff on night shift. Well-designed and clean hotel rooms with sky view. Costs usd 770. The pool area is nice too. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Honestly no reason to complain.

Fairly clean hotel in a lovely building so close to the plaza, Ciudad Victoria and Mexico. Double room with big bed. Good and magnificent location, steps away from Mercado Pedro Arguelles. Also, close to everything.

As for me, rooms were beautifully designed and clean with sky view, they offered wake-up service. Central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television were available in the room.

Well-maintained and stunningly beautiful accommodation with favourable setting next to the plaza. Nice styled rooms with sky view and GREAT service. Free parking under ground provided.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, close to everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including great amenities such as an in-room safe and free toiletries. The leisure facilities were amazing too, including sun loungers and an indoor swimming pool.

I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

This hotel is well-maintained and quiet, has attentive employees on night shift. The room we had included central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television. The bathroom was tiled, the bed was comfortable. Also, location was magnificent, not very far from an arts theater. Visited few places in the center, not very far from the venue. Loved our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at a well-located and clean hotel. The comfortable beds and plentiful breakfast made my mornings enjoyable. The highlight was the friendly and helpful staff who made sure I had everything I needed. The pool and fitness room were available for use, but I didn't get a chance to try them out. The only drawback was the absence of a mini fridge in the room. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel facilities, including the pool and fitness room, were fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and parking.

All was fine, but it would be even better if the vending corner had a wider selection of snacks.
